ABOUT THE ARTIST
Anna Svagzdys lives in Vermont. Prior to this April, she was contented with her life as an aspiring writer of prose fiction, but after meeting Mr. Cavanaugh in a doodle in the margin of her class notes, she realized that a change in plans was in order. Assisted by the works of Will Eisner and Bill Watterson (her childhood hero), she has thrown herself heart and soul into making the transition from novelist to graphic novelist, frequently at the expense of all her prior commitments and activities, which include rowing, working on farms, and being in college.
