October 2007 Editor's Note

Dear Reader:
Online journals have really grown in the past few years. More and more, new and established writers are finding that online journals are a fantastic way to share their work and find others who share their passion for the written word.
That being said, we at Brink Magazine are excited for our third issue. It's been a few months since Issue #2, and we continue to receive excellent submissions on a regular basis. We hope that you enjoy the wide range of work we have this go'round. From traditional short stories to more experimental pieces playing with language, we think we've found a nice balance. We're also excited to feature photographs of art by sculptor Silas Finch and painter Katherine Mann.
