Dear Reader:
Welcome to Brink's fourth issue. The last three months have seen a dramatic increase in the number -- and quality -- of submissions, and also in the site's web traffic. We're incredibly pleased, of course, that people are reading and wanting to contribute, and we wish we didn't have to turn away as many fine pieces as we've had to do.
The ultimate beneficiary of our progress, however, is you. We aim to provide you with a literary magazine of the highest caliber, and we think our fourth issue brings us closer to that goal. Inside, you'll find wonderful short fiction by Michelle Tandoc, poetry by John Hughes, and an interview with artist and grassroots arts organizer Jerone Hsu.
